<ul><li>Responsible for entire range of medical administration on the unit</li><li>Reviews day to day operations of various areas of the hospital (ER, OT, ICU, Wards, Diagnostics, Blood bank etc.)</li><li>Does OPD/IPD coordination with Doctors / Nurses / Front Desk / Billing including seating arrangement of Doctors in respective OPDs.</li><li>Conducts Independent Ethics and IRB &amp; other committees required in the hospital</li><li>Co-chairs the Operations meeting held to discuss operational problems across all departments and responsible for the writing &amp; circulating of minutes of the meeting</li><li>Supervise Medical Records department</li><li>Ensures getting MTP &amp; PNDT Licenses application, follow up and inspection.</li><li>Follow up of medico legal issues</li><li>Participates in quality related committees/ meetings/ plans</li><li>Coordinate with all departments and ensure hospital policies and protocols are adhered to.</li><li>Any other duties assigned by reporting manager.</li></ul>
