Description

  • As a Homecare Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to generate revenue by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients in the homecare services industry. 
  • You will play a crucial role in promoting and selling homecare services to individuals and families in need of healthcare assistance at home. 
  • You will also meet different stake holders in hospitals and develop them as business referrals. 
  • This position requires a combination of sales skills, industry knowledge, and excellent interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

  • To identify and target potential clients who may require homecare services.
  • To conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential clients.
  • To visit hospitals, residential societies, leading pharmacies etc to meet potential customers and do various promotional activities.

Sales Presentations:

  • To conduct presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of homecare services.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of the company's homecare solutions.
  • Address client concerns and objections to facilitate sales closures.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to assess their ongoing needs and provide support.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the homecare service team to address any issues or concerns.

Sales Targets:

  • Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as outlined by the sales manager.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on progress and achievements.
  • Target achievement is associated with additional incentive pay.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Undergraduates with experience in field sales also can apply.
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or homecare industry will be preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
