5. Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, NABH/NMC, and hospital accreditation requirements.
6. Handle medico-legal records and ensure secure storage and controlled access.
7. Support audits, inspections, and quality improvement activities related to medical records.
8. Manage electronic medical records (EMR) systems and data accuracy.
