Job Description

1. Diagnose and manage patients with solid tumors and hematological malignancies.
2. Plan and administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and hormonal treatments.
3. Conduct OPD consultations and manage IPD oncology patients.
4. Monitor treatment response, manage side effects, and provide supportive care.
5. Coordinate with surgical oncology, radiation oncology, and other specialties for multidisciplinary cancer care.
6. Maintain accurate medical records, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
7. Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, patient safety standards, and infection control guidelines.
8. Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, prognosis, and follow-up care.
9. Participate in tumor boards, clinical audits, CMEs, and quality improvement initiatives.
