Description

Provide primary healthcare services to patients of all ages, including routine medical examinations, acute illness care, chronic disease management, and preventive health services.
Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, perform physical examinations, and interpret diagnostic tests to formulate accurate diagnoses and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Prescribe medications, order laboratory tests, and recommend therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based guidelines and best practices in medical care.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers about health promotion, disease prevention, and self-management strategies for managing chronic conditions and maintaining optimal health.
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including nurses, specialists, therapists, and support staff, to ensure continuity of care and integrated healthcare services.
Document patient encounters, medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and comprehensively in electronic health record (EHR) systems in compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies.
Collaborate with community organizations, public health agencies, and local resources to address social determinants of health, promote health equity, and improve access to healthcare services.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and peer review activities to enhance patient safety, healthcare outcomes, and service delivery effectiveness.
