Description

  • Conduct thorough medical assessments, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to evaluate patients' health status and identify medical conditions.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, including acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infectious diseases, based on clinical findings and evidence-based medicine.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle modifications, and referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers, as needed.
  • Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, addressing patients' concerns, answering questions, and involving them in treatment decisions.
  • Monitor patients' progress, response to treatment, and adherence to medical regimens, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and improve patient health.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including nurses, specialists, therapists, and support staff, to coordinate patient care, share information, and ensure continuity of care across healthcare settings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documentation, and reports of patient encounters, treatment plans, and medical interventions, in compliance with regulatory requirements and medical standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and peer review activities to enhance patient safety, quality of care, and clinical outcomes.
