Description
What You’ll Do:
- Counsel patients on reports during lab/PSC/home visits.
- Manage critical call-outs to doctors & staff.
- Address client queries & resolve escalations.
- Oversee pediatric collections & patient support teams.
- Handle patient complaints (RCA & CAPA).
- Conduct training for front office & customer care teams.
- Participate in CMEs, webinars & conferences.
- Monitor operations to ensure SOP adherence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualification : MBBS
- Excellent communication (English & Hindi)
- Knowledge of basic lab tests
- Compassionate, patient-centric approach
- Strong problem-solving & service orientation
