Description

Conduct thorough medical assessments, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests to evaluate patients' health status and identify medical conditions.
Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, including acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infectious diseases, based on clinical findings and evidence-based medicine.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle modifications, and referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers, as needed.
Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, addressing patients' concerns, answering questions, and involving them in treatment decisions.
Monitor patients' progress, response to treatment, and adherence to medical regimens, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and improve patient health.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including nurses, specialists, therapists, and support staff, to coordinate patient care, share information, and ensure continuity of care across healthcare settings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documentation, and reports of patient encounters, treatment plans, and medical interventions, in compliance with regulatory requirements and medical standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and peer review activities to enhance patient safety, quality of care, and clinical outcomes.
