Description

Wanted Fresh or Experienced BAMS and BHMS doctors for a well-established NABH accredited Hospital in Gadhinglaj, Kolhapur on URGENT Basis. The hospital will be converted into a 110 bed hospital.
Candidate should be ready to work in: Operation Theatre, Casualty, ICU, Ward, OPD.
Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and interpretation of diagnostic tests, to diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in patients.
Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans for patients with a wide range of medical conditions, including infectious diseases, respiratory illnesses, cardiovascular disorders, diabetes, and hypertension.
Provide preventive healthcare services, including health screenings, immunizations, health education, and lifestyle counseling, to promote wellness and disease prevention in the community.
Perform minor surgical procedures and medical interventions, such as wound care, suturing, abscess drainage, and joint injections, as needed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including nurses, pharmacists, allied health professionals, and specialists, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
Admit and manage patients in hospital wards, emergency departments, and outpatient clinics, coordinating with consulting specialists and other healthcare providers as required.
