Description

Counseling all IVF advised patients.
Understanding patients readiness level to undergo IVF treatment.
Identifying mental, emotional, social and financial reasons of patients for not undergoing IVF treatment and convincing the patients and patient’s family to undergo IVF treatment for all medical and logical reasons whenever possible.
Identifying the stress level of patients while undergoing IVF treatment at all levels and help patients relax and distress before and after stimulation, OPU and embryo transfers.
Stay in touch with the patients and make the patients comfortable that they are motivated to contact the counsellor whenever in doubt related to the treatment.
Make data entry in SIVIS of all IVF patients real time.
Complete the IVF advised files for medical records keeping and follow up with the patients
Meet IVF advised patients before and after the OPU and embryo transfers.
Collect IPD feedbacks of the patients after OPU and Embryo transfers and submit it to IPD manager.
Follow up with IVF advised patients after 15 days, 1 month, 2 months and 3 months and calculate conversion ratio, present reasons for non-conversion every month in monthly review meetings.
Follow up call 7 days post E.T,10 days post Bhcg negative patients(IVF),90 days post Bhcg Negative.
Follow up call 3 weeks post IUI to know their result.
Suggest how these gaps can be solved to increase the conversion ratio.
Performing any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management time and again.
Participate in all training and development programs planned by management.
