Principal Accountabilities
Provide quality medical care services to patients enrolled for services or enroll new patients.
Maintain and monitor EMR
Educate/train medical staff, patient, family and community.
Extend support to promote business activity/camps. Duties & Responsibilities
1) To assess, monitor and evaluate clinical development of patient and reassess care needs from time to time.
2) Identify the level of care required
3) Prepare/approve care plan.
4) Ensure continuum of care given.
5) Ensure medico legal compliance.
6) Home visit for patients.
7) Management of medical emergencies
8) Ensure entry of patient's clinical data in EMR
9) Identify abnormalities/deviation in EMR and provide appropriate medical advice.
10) Inform and record primary care consultant's advice and follow.
11) To team build allied caregivers and co-ordinate with allied partners
12) Train in house medical and nursing staff in the classroom and on site to provide quality care.
13) Teach and participate in continuous medical education and community health awareness program.
14) Council/ Teach/Train patients to take care of their daily activity and self- medication.
15) Promote our services by participating in brand promotions, camps and community programs.
16) 24-hour on call coverage and any additional responsibilities as required by the management on case to case basis.
