Description

Conduct thorough medical assessments, including physical examinations, medical history reviews, and diagnostic evaluations, to diagnose and treat patients effectively.
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, considering medical history, current symptoms, and diagnostic test results.
Prescribe medications, therapies, and other medical interventions as appropriate, monitoring patient response and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive healthcare measures.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including nurses, specialists, and support staff, to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide timely intervention and support to stabilize patients and address acute medical conditions.
Document patient encounters, treatment plans, and medical procedures accurately and comprehensively in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and research projects to enhance patient outcomes and advance medical knowledge.
