Description

Responsible for the overall Maintenance department of Dahej.
Responsible for maintaining the quality and quantity of engg material in engg store..
Provide continual stimulus to its growth and operational efficiency Route cause Amylases of brake down of equipment
Develop and oversee budgets, plans and programs to ensure the optimum utilisation of available equipment.
Attend daily Meeting in plant.
Assure maintenance of equipment as per schedule, employee awareness and training programs, adherence to high level of housekeeping standards etc Man
Assure competency and continuity of sr. officer and officer and specialised personnel are fully capable of achieving management and maintenance objectives through training and motivation.
Plan, monitor, control and evaluate capital expenditure and revenue of maintenance.
Man Power planning as per priority of job.
Consumable spares planning and maintain in egg store.
Inspection of tools and tackles (company and contract employ).
Coordination with our internal vendors and planning of ARC job. (Painting, insulation, fabrication).
Coordination with our external vendor and planning according to job.
