MD Pathologist

Responsibilities: -

• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System and Quality Policy in the laboratory. Ensure the availability of resources to provide top-notch medical laboratory services.
• Create a safe laboratory environment in compliance with good practices and regulations.
• Provide clinical advice on examinations, service utilization, and interpretation of results.
• Monitor and select referral laboratories, ensuring the quality of their services.
• Address complaints, requests, and suggestions from staff and users of the laboratory. - Develop and implement contingency plans for emergency situations.
• Liaise with external parties, such as certification bodies and consultants.
• Authorized to issue, review, and amend the Quality Manual.
• Release patient reports and handle patient & doctor queries with utmost care and efficiency.
