Prescribe medicines to patients as per requirement.</li><li>Take possible risks &amp; avoid surgery cancellations.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitoring patients' before &amp; after surgery.</li><li>Training and supervising junior staff/medical team.</li><li>Physical presence &amp; involvement before surgery, &amp; post surgery in case there is a requirement.</li><li>Excellent theoretical &amp; practical knowledge.</li><li>Good knowledge of clinical practices and protocols.</li><li>Ability to handle different types of patients.</li><li>Direct, coordinate &amp; delegate tasks /activities to medical team for proper execution &amp; patient care.</li><li>​Should be able to work under stressed conditions.</li><li>Execute the reporting process as per Company SOP/protocol. &nbsp;</li><li>If you are physically absent for any reason, you must ensure that all tasks related to you should run smoothly. And you can do this with proper planning, communication, coordination &amp; &nbsp;follow-ups.</li></ul>
