Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate MBBS Doctor to provide high-quality medical care to patients, ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment, and support the hospital's clinical operations. The doctor will be responsible for patient assessment, treatment planning, emergency management, documentation, and coordination with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities

• Examine patients, take detailed medical histories, and perform physical assessments.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans as per clinical protocols.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when required.
• Handle medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
• Coordinate with specialists for referrals and advanced treatment requirements.
• Interpret laboratory investigations, imaging reports, and diagnostic tests.

Patient Care & Communication

• Explain diagnosis, treatment plans, and preventive healthcare measures to patients and their families.
• Ensure patient satisfaction through compassionate and ethical medical practice.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to medical ethics.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Prepare discharge summaries, medical reports, and certificates when required.
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards, hospital policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Attend departmental meetings and training programs.
• Support hospital management in achieving clinical quality objectives.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Educational Qualification

• MBBS from a recognized medical college.
• Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) / State Medical Council.

Experience

• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Experience in hospitals, emergency care, ICU, or pain management centers will be preferred.
