Matron/In-Charge Nurse

JOB DESCRIPTION OF MATRON/In-Charge Nurse:

• Supervise nursing staff and manage daily operations.
• Ensure high standards of patient care and safety.
• Oversee patient admissions, discharges, and care plans.
• Train and mentor nursing staff.
• Co-ordinate with doctors and medical teams.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
• Handle patient and family inquiries and complaints.
• Qualifications: Registered Nurse(RN), GNM/ ANM/BSC/MSC  strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and extensive nursing experience.
