Description
- External Doctors Relationship Management within the hospital and supporting the activities on the field.
- Counselling of referred patients through telephone, email, sms and also meeting them during visit to hospital.
- Coordination on referral patients, Providing feedback to visiting consultants on referral patients progress.
- Cheque/ statement preparations, coordination and clarification, incentive calculation and ensuring payments.
- Conducting CME programs regularly for doctor engagement.
- Outdoor Camp execution.
- Support Outdoor Engagement Agency during apartment events / corporate events through participation.
- Coordinate Inhouse events for B2C Engagement.
- Counselling and converting patients referred through tele-calling, to persuade them choose Medical Services.
