Description
- To fix the targets in consultation with the Medical Director.
- To allocate the targets among the team members.
- To monitor the progress periodically and take immediate corrective measures.
- To give feedback to the Medical Director periodically and implement (carry out the instructions) corrective measures.
- To review the list of customers periodically and add/delete customers as required.
- To call on doctors and officials of companies at a fixed frequency to to get the empanelment and increase referrals from doctors and higher revenue from corporate sector.
- Follow up on out-standing from Corporate Clients.
- To facilitate data collection and compilation for MIS and monitoring the progress.
- To coordinate the activities pertaining to publicity, CME’s, Camps, events/conferences, public awareness talks, exhibitions, etc and achieve maximum mileage to benefit the EHC.
- To appraise the performance of the team members periodically and suggest corrective action.
- To accompany the executive for handling difficult customers or for collecting important data.
- To coach the executives in skills of marketing.
- To follow and maintain all standards of quality as required by the organizational standards.
