Marketing Manager

Job brief & Responsibilities

- Make Marketing & On-boarding plans based on company targets

- Assign targets to team, track them and ensure team achieves them

- Device innovative marketing campaigns

- Identify tie-ups for enhancing out-reach and on-boarding

- Work with Project team and development team for improving customer features and experience

- Establish Agent network for enhancing outreach in multiple cities and towns

- Establish Doctor/Hospital on-boarding business development plan

Requirements/Qualifications

- Graduate with minimum 10 years experience in Marketing

- Minimum 5 years experience as a Marketing & Sales Person in a Healthcare or Medical Lab Sector - Having Handled Marketing Assignments to both Cusumer (Patients/Individuals) level and Hospital Level

- Should have handled a team of minimum 5 people

- Should have handled ATLEAST a district level region for Marketing & Sales

- Good leadership skills & communications skills
