Marketing Executive in Hospital

• You will make aggressive and sustained efforts for further growth and development of the organization by applying appropriate promotional strategies.
• You will undertake various promotional and liaisoning activities in the community areas nearby and in the periphery with an aim to associate families and further develop our client base. You will also be responsible for promoting ‘Healthy Happy Family’ and/or other such Schemes and Health Clubs to be started by our hospital. Simultaneously to enter all such data in the hospital computer system for maintaining proper and timely contact with such families. You will prepare detail project proposal and obtain approval before launching such projects.
• To contribute towards maintaining quality services aimed at to comply with world class standards as needed by NABH & NABL.
• You shall be responsible for properly and diligently performing your duties assigned to you. You shall fully indemnify the organization for any loss occurring on account of any acts or omissions committed by you during the term of your employment and for such acts or omissions you shall continue to indemnify even after the expiry or termination of your employment.
• To identify, engage, various print media avenues & vendors. Prepare appropriate advertisement & hospital promotion plans though print media, prepare cost benefit statement. Forecast budgetary provisos. Develop a monitoring mechanism for effective promotions in house as well as outside. Brochure, Handbook, Banners, Magazine write ups, News letter in hospital 3 monthly.
• To come out with new innovative plans for hospital promotion activities through electronic media in house as well as outside Hospital. Identify vendors, budget forecasting, monitoring efficacy of the campaigns. Website development, In house CD educational, Educe tonal comp with Dr. ready, FM/Cable camp age, Bus Panels/Hoardings/ Glove Signs.
• Carry out patient delight activates e.g. sending get-well soon cards, Bouquets on discharge. Follow up letters post discharge. Patient Greeting Cards, Patient discharge SMS/E-Mails, Mobile Van deployment.
• Coordinate with marketing team & provide, inputs e.g. banners/Standees/Hand outs brochures in Hindi/English Indentify vendors, prepare budget provisioning, take necessary approvals, coordinate for camp activities with Marketing team.
• All other standard rules of the organization as existing and as may be amended from time to time, will be applicable to you.
