Job Title: Marketing Executive (Nellore, AP)

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting doctors, promoting our range of spine implants, building strong professional relationships, and ensuring timely payment follow-ups.
  • This role is critical to expanding our market presence and maintaining financial discipline.


Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Promotion:

  • Visit hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals to promote our spine implant products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with doctors, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions as required.

    Business Development:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the management team.

    Payment Follow-ups:
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of payment status and resolve any discrepancies.

    Customer Relationship Management:
  • Act as a liaison between the company and healthcare professionals to address inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on product features, pricing, and availability.

    Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit regular sales and payment collection reports to the management team.
  • Keep track of sales forecasts and performance metrics.

    Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Fresher to Minimum of 2 years in healthcare sales, preferably in medical devices or implants.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
