Description

Organize a blood donation camp.
end-to-end coordination of blood donation camp.
Add new clients in database subsequent to consultation with Manager Comm. Mob.

Organize blood drives:
1. Pre-drive planning:
Assessment of projection, Collaterals
Timely entry of drive in software
Visit drive location prior to drive date for planning pre-drive campaign
Design and conduct pre-drive campaign as per organization policy for campaigning budget.
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of pre-drive promotional material
2. During drive activities:
Smooth organization, On-spot campaigning
Attend all individual drives personally and ensure smooth organization
Ensure proper organization of all individual blood drives.Plan & ensure on-spot campaigning
Respond to drive organizers and ensure their queries are resolved timely
Maintain discipline and good decorum during drive
Gather photographs and interviews of blood drive
3. Post drive services:
Timely delivery, Documentation
Ensure timely preparation and delivery of drive test reports, certificates, trophies, thank you poster etc.
Fulfill blood requirement of drive organizer as per PBC policy
Submit the documented version of drive details to Manager
Ensure timely service to clients post blood drive.
Blood units collection:
Collect minimum monthly blood units as per target
Plan monthly target based on quarterly targets and ensure successful completion
Add new clients in database subsequent to consultation with Manager Comm. Mob.
Visit 5-7 clients daily or 30 clients in a week as required based on the relationship with the client
Organize monthly Repeat & new blood drives of minimum units
Thalassemia Testing Drive:
Organizing Thalassemia testing drive similar to blood donation drive.
Coordinate with Counselor and Manager for the same.
Timely entry of drive in software.
To remain present during drive.
Timely delivery of Thalassemia reports to organizer.
Maintain records of total thalassemia tests done and abnormal reports for future reference.
Ensure photography and interviews in drives.
