Job Title: Marketing Executive

Book appointments, and reply to all queries of the customer (Pre-sales & Post Sales)
- Calling leads and converting them into sales.
- Proactively follow up on the leads.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of a call made and result achieved.
- Sending daily sales reports to Director (Doctor).
- Giving updated tele calling data for analysis every day.
- Work with the marketing team to achieve monthly targets.
- Coordinate effectively with all departments of Dezire to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Attend monthly review meetings with Director to update information and discuss issues if any.
- Handling customer complaints patiently and effectively.
- Record details of every call with detailed notes.
- Maintaining and updating MIS (Management Information System) and providing inputs to top management to forecast future sales.
- Escalate and solve technical issues immediately with the help of a technical team.
- Ask for references from current clients.
