Description

Operate Machinery: Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols. Ensure proper setup, calibration, and operation of machines to produce quality products.
Monitor Production Processes: Monitor production processes, including machine operations, material handling, and quality control checks. Identify any deviations, abnormalities, or equipment malfunctions and take corrective actions as needed.
Conduct Quality Checks: Perform quality checks and inspections on products at various stages of the production process to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Document any defects or deviations and report them to supervisors or quality control personnel.
Maintain Equipment: Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure they operate smoothly and efficiently. Clean and lubricate machinery, conduct minor repairs, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
Follow Safety Procedures: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Collaborate with Team Members: Work collaboratively with team members, including supervisors, technicians, and other operators, to achieve production goals and targets. Communicate effectively and coordinate tasks to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production operations.
Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate production records, including machine logs, production reports, and quality control documentation. Record production output, downtime, and any issues encountered during the production process.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and waste reduction in production operations. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest ideas for optimizing processes and increasing productivity.
