1. Supervise and coordinate injectable manufacturing activities (vial/ampoule/PFS)
2. Ensure strict adherence to GMP, SOPs, aseptic practices, and data integrity
3. Plan and allocate manpower for shifts and production schedules
4. Monitor production performance, yields, and process parameters
5. Review and ensure accuracy of batch manufacturing records and logbooks
6. Handle deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and investigations
7. Support media fills, validation, and regulatory inspections
8. Ensure equipment readiness, cleaning, and sterilization activities
