Oversee the daily packing operations to ensure products are packed according to company specifications and schedules.
Inspect packaging materials and finished goods for quality and accuracy, addressing any issues immediately.
Manage and train packing team members, assigning tasks and providing ongoing feedback to improve performance.
Foster a collaborative and safety-focused work environment, ensuring team adherence to company policies.
Implement quality control checks at every stage of the packing process, maintaining high standards of product presentation and labeling accuracy.
Coordinate with the Quality Control team to address any defects or discrepancies found during packing.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance packing efficiency and reduce material waste.
Maintain detailed records of packing productivity and monitor for trends that can improve output or reduce errors.
