<ul><li>Set up, operate, and monitor capsule filling machines to produce capsules as per production specifications.</li><li>Adjust machine settings, such as speed, weight, and fill volume, to achieve the desired output.</li><li>Load raw materials, such as powder or granules, into the machine and ensure continuous operation.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance on capsule filling machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.</li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical issues that arise during production and take corrective actions.</li><li>Report any major equipment malfunctions to the maintenance team or supervisor.</li><li>Accurately complete batch records, machine logs, and other required documentation in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).</li></ul>
