Job Description

1. Lead and manage the Quality function to ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal standards.
2. Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO, IATF, GMP, etc.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product, process, and system quality.
4. Oversee internal and external audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.
5. Establish quality metrics, monitor KPIs, and report performance to senior leadership.
6. Ensure effective root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customers.
8. Manage customer complaints, quality issues, and escalations to resolution.
