<ul><li>Lead and manage the Quality Control laboratory and team to ensure efficient operations</li><li>Develop, review, and approve QC protocols, test methods, and reports</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate execution of all quality control tests as per SOPs and regulatory standards</li><li>Monitor compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)</li><li>Coordinate with Production, QA, and R&amp;D for quality-related investigations and deviations</li><li>Manage laboratory resources including manpower, equipment, and materials</li><li>Oversee calibration and maintenance of QC instruments and lab infrastructure</li><li>Ensure documentation accuracy and readiness for audits and inspections</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives in QC processes and systems</li></ul>
