<ul><li>Lead analytical R&amp;D projects, including method development, optimization, and validation for raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.</li><li>Provide technical support for formulation development, process development, and stability studies.</li><li>Supervise and mentor a team of analysts and executives in AR&amp;D.</li><li>Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance with cGMP and SOPs.</li><li>Prepare and review technical reports, validation protocols, and regulatory submission documents.</li><li>Evaluate new analytical technologies, instruments, and techniques to improve lab efficiency and accuracy.</li><li>Troubleshoot analytical issues and provide solutions for method or equipment-related problems.</li><li>Ensure timely completion of R&amp;D projects and reporting of results.</li></ul>
