Description

Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect the organization's personnel, assets, and facilities.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the security department, including scheduling, staffing, and training of security personnel.
Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement appropriate security measures and controls.
Monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and intrusion detection systems, to detect and respond to security threats and incidents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess security requirements for special events, projects, or initiatives and provide recommendations for security enhancements.
Manage relationships with external security vendors, contractors, and law enforcement agencies to coordinate security-related activities and services.
Investigate security incidents, breaches, or violations and implement corrective actions and preventive measures as necessary.
Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures to ensure an effective response to security incidents, crises, or disasters.
Provide security awareness training and education to employees to promote a culture of security awareness and compliance.
Stay informed about emerging security threats, trends, and technologies and recommend proactive measures to mitigate risks and strengthen security posture.
