Role & Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing) and 
  • being the process owner for talent acquisition through. 
  • To develop and implement Recruitment Strategy and ensure recruitment needs. 
  • Experience on recruiting a New Team based on Business requirement. 
  • Devising quarter wise recruitment strategy based on manpower projections for the year. 
  • Restrict recruitment budget through hiring candidates through Job Portals, Database, Campus Hiring 
  • from Colleges Employee Referrals, also monitor CTC offered to the Candidates Vs budgeted cost for 
  • the position. 
  • Work with line/hiring managers to write job descriptions and to ensure that job descriptions are 
  • aligned to job/business requirements. 
  • Compensation study and fitment for all new recruits with specific focus on maintaining internal 
  • parity and recruitment budget. 
  • Vendor Management –Closely co-ordinate with Agencies for hiring candidate. 
  • Hands on experience with ATS (Application tracking system). 
  • Proactively building resume database for upcoming/highly potential requirement. 
  • LinkedIn Job Ad Posting. 
  • Non-Standard Job Ad Postings (Local Job Boards) for across the region.
