Description

Lead and manage all aspects of daily operations, including production, logistics, inventory management, and quality control.
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Manage and develop a team of supervisors, coordinators, and frontline staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback as needed.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in areas such as safety, quality, and environmental management.
Oversee the implementation of new processes, systems, and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
