Description
- Provide legal advice and support to management and various departments on matters such as contracts, compliance, and regulatory issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the organization’s interests.
- Monitor changes in legislation and regulations that may affect the organization and advise management accordingly.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including government agencies, legal entities, and community organizations.
- Facilitate effective communication between the organization and its stakeholders, ensuring that concerns and needs are addressed promptly.
- Represent the organization at meetings, hearings, and events, advocating for its interests.
- Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Conduct internal investigations and coordinate with external legal counsel as needed.
- Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
