Description

Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including recruiting, training, coaching, and performance management, to ensure high levels of productivity, engagement, and collaboration.
Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the organization's business goals and objectives, identifying opportunities for leveraging technology to drive innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage systems, and cloud services, to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
Manage the administration of IT systems and applications, including user account management, access controls, system monitoring, and performance optimization, to ensure optimal system functionality and performance.
Develop and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect against cyber threats, data breaches, and unauthorized access, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Evaluate, select, and manage IT vendors and service providers, including negotiating contracts, monitoring service levels, and resolving vendor issues, to ensure the effective delivery of IT services and solutions.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime and disruption to business operations.
