<ul><li>Oversee overall warehouse operations including receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.</li><li>Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and SOPs for material handling and documentation.</li><li>Manage inventory control, stock reconciliation, and ensure minimum stock levels.</li><li>Supervise raw material, packaging material, and finished goods handling as per FEFO/FIFO.</li><li>Coordinate with QA, production, and procurement for smooth supply chain operations.</li><li>Ensure proper maintenance of records like GRNs, issue slips, and stock registers.</li><li>Handle audits (internal/external) and regulatory inspections related to warehouse.</li><li>Monitor cold storage and controlled room temperature areas as required.</li></ul>
