Description

  • Ensure timely submission of invoices to all clients.
  • Receivable Management by ensuring regular payment Follow Ups with Clients.
  • Reconciliation of client accounts.
  • Ensure checking of all credit and debit notes.
  • Preparation of business case for new PSC/ Labs & HLM etc.
  • Checking lab wise consumption on monthly basis and providing with remarks for variance.
  • Analysis of monthly P&L and providing suggestions for optimising the performance.
  • Variance analysis for all operating expense items.
  • Providing support to BH for the daily operational issues/ monthly reviews and all other related tasks.
  • Responsible for overall book keeping and smooth functioning of finance function for the respective accountants.
  • Control on Daily Deposit of Cash received from Cash clients & Front desk.
  • Physical verification of Assets/ Inventory & Cash on monthly basis and reconciliation with books.
  • Budgetary control & preparation of capital expenditure budget.
  • Co-ordination with statutory Auditors, tax consultants, etc.
  • Ensure implementation/compliance of internal audit observation.
  • Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for any necessary entities.
  • Check and Authorise vendor/ employee payments.
  • Ensure effective of management of all clients including key clients.
  • Respond to inquiries from staff regarding budgets, deposits, disbursement.
  • Assist in adhoc assigned management tasks.
