Roles and Responsibilities

• Certifications - Security/SOC, ISMS, ISO27K compliance, Active directory, Windows, CCNA, CCNP, Security, firewall certifications, cloud etc.
• Ansible Automation -Hands-on experience required.
• Experience in handling a team size of 15 + technical resources.
• In-depth knowledge of all networks, server technologies, Active directory, switches, Router, SDN, SDWAN Cisco, Aruba, HP, Firewall, WAF, IPS, LAN, WAN, Wireless network, voice contact center, PBX, Cloud infrastructure Server, HCI, VMware, NOC, SOC etc..
• Handled infrastructure projects : Server, Storage, Microsoft Active directory, LAN, WAN, Cloud, Voice, Wireless etc..
• Handled Security Audits like ISMS, PCI, HIPAA etc.,
• Interpersonal skills and experience in presenting Problem solving and project management experience.
• Team working skills, Understanding of business 24/7 Operations role, flexibility required Ability to drive SLAs and Metrics in a must have Candidates with extensive NOC/SOC experience.
