- Establishing therapeutic relation with the clients and their families .

- Counselling clients with behavioural and mental disorders and substance abuse.
- Monitoring a client's response to treatment and, looking for signs of improvement.
- Carrying out complex therapeutic interventions on vulnerable service users.
- Maintaining clinical records and providing verbal and written reports on cases.
- Meeting with client's family and communicate information time to time.
- Responsible for MSE, case taking, conferencing treatment and multidisciplinary intervention.
