Description

Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and strategies to ensure the reliability, availability, and longevity of facilities and equipment.
Conduct regular assessments of maintenance needs, prioritize maintenance activities, and allocate resources effectively to meet organizational objectives.
Utilize data-driven approaches to analyze equipment performance, identify trends, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance measures.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and accountability.
Assign tasks, set priorities, and manage work schedules to optimize team efficiency and productivity.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the maintenance team.
Oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of a wide range of equipment and systems, including but not limited to machinery, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
Ensure timely response to maintenance requests, breakdowns, and emergencies, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors as needed to minimize downtime.
