Description

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure proper functionality and minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions in a timely manner.
Conduct preventive maintenance according to a scheduled plan to extend the lifespan of equipment and prevent unexpected failures.
Monitor and maintain tools and equipment inventory, ensuring availability of necessary materials for repairs and maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities, minimizing disruption to production or daily operations.
Document maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and parts used, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance work, using proper safety gear and following guidelines.
Assist in the installation of new equipment or machinery, ensuring correct setup and functioning according to specifications.
Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly, diagnosing and repairing issues to restore operations quickly.
