Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are operating efficiently and to minimize downtime.
Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in equipment and facilities, ensuring timely resolution of problems to maintain operational efficiency.
Equipment Installation: Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and machinery, ensuring proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, documenting work performed and parts used to track equipment history.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations and protocols while performing maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe working environment for oneself and other personnel.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to workflow and production schedules.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of maintenance supplies and parts, ordering replacements as necessary to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance maintenance processes, reduce costs, and improve equipment reliability.
