Description

Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions and breakdowns, including troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues to restore functionality efficiently.
Equipment Installation: Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and proper operational procedures.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections, including documentation of work completed and materials used.
Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with other maintenance staff, facility managers, and contractors to coordinate maintenance tasks and ensure efficient operations.
