- Operate and monitor HVAC systems, chillers, air handling units (AHUs), and cooling towers
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot HVAC system faults and perform timely repairs
- Monitor temperature, humidity, and air quality parameters to maintain standards
- Maintain logs of equipment operation, maintenance, and alarms
