- Supervise operation and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems, chillers, AHUs, and cooling towers
- Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize HVAC equipment to maintain environmental standards
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements (for pharma/hospital setups)
- Maintain detailed logs of HVAC operations, maintenance activities, and alarms
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and facility teams for smooth operations
