Description

Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues or defects.
Perform repairs and troubleshooting on mechanical components, such as bearings, gears, belts, and valves, to address equipment malfunctions and minimize downtime.
Install new equipment and machinery, including assembly, alignment, and testing, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.
Diagnose and rectify electrical and pneumatic faults, collaborating with electricians and other tradespeople as needed to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Utilize hand and power tools, welding equipment, and precision measuring instruments to perform maintenance tasks and repairs accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory of spare parts and supplies.
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, including lockout/tagout, confined space entry, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, to maintain a safe working environment.
