Description

Install, assemble, and maintain machinery, equipment, and mechanical systems according to engineering specifications and safety standards.
Work with various types of machinery, including pumps, compressors, conveyors, motors, and other industrial equipment.
Perform adjustments, alignments, and modifications to machinery to ensure efficient and safe operation.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, including lubricating, cleaning, adjusting, and calibrating mechanical parts.
Follow and execute the preventive maintenance schedule to ensure equipment reliability and minimize breakdowns.
Identify potential mechanical issues and address them proactively to prevent costly repairs or downtime.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults in machinery and systems using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Repair or replace defective parts, including gears, bearings, seals, and shafts.
Disassemble equipment when necessary to conduct repairs or replacements, ensuring that all parts are reassembled correctly.
