Preventive Maintenance: Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation, minimizing downtime.
Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose faults in mechanical, electrical, and automated systems and provide timely repairs to restore functionality, ensuring that systems are operating at peak efficiency.
Equipment Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to detect potential issues, wear, or damage, addressing them before they result in breakdowns or failures.
Maintenance Records: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and replacements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
