Description

Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, inspections, and servicing of equipment, machinery, and facilities according to maintenance schedules and checklists to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural problems in equipment, machinery, and facilities using appropriate tools, diagnostic techniques, and repair methods.
Repair or replace malfunctioning or damaged parts, components, and systems, including mechanical parts, electrical wiring, plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and building structures, to restore functionality and extend the lifespan of assets.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests, work orders, and service calls from supervisors, tenants, or building occupants, prioritizing tasks based on urgency, safety considerations, and operational requirements.
Adhere to safety protocols, regulations, and best practices in maintenance work, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), adherence to lockout/tagout procedures, and safe handling of hazardous materials and equipment.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work performed, parts used, and equipment manuals, documenting repairs, inspections, and maintenance procedures for compliance, reporting, and reference purposes.
